Charleswood Remodel
This large-scale remodel of a character home on a picturesque lot nestled deep within the Charleswood neighborhood of West Fargo showcases thoughtful design solutions tailored for family living. Rocking Horse New Construction
A completely clean slate. This home was thoughtfully designed for the upmost in function for a busy family of 6. A completely custom floorplan incorporating all of the clients specific layout requests resulted in a highly efficient design. No detail was overlooked, with every room maximizing organization and wowing with unique interior details.
Osgood Remodel
The original home had a lot of square footage but was lacking a functional flow and modern amenities that clients are looking for. This remodel focused on incorporating a more functional design to the main floor of the home, transforming large unused spaces and an awkward entry into a stunning and efficient family focused space. The addition of a butlers pantry, costco door to garage, and mudroom with laundry increased appeal to potential buyers and helped increase the return on investment for the remodel. A completely reconfigured basement took large wasted spaces and turned them into usable and unique living areas (including a hidden theater room!). Many unique interior elements helped this listing stand apart and sell for top dollar.
