Initial 3D views of the entire floorplan help to visualize the spaces, ensuring all key elements are considered in the overall flow and design of the home. Visualizing the home early on in the design process helps to reduce costly mistakes down the road. Throughout the project, we act as a liaison between a client and builder to ensure all parties understand the design intent for the home while remaining within the desired budget.
DESIGN, SELECTIONS, SPECIFICATIONS
Our process is designed to streamline the design and selections to make it fun and enjoyable. A strong knowledge of materials, trends, and pricing helps us provide solid recommendations throughout the selections process. A design document with renderings and selections helps assure clients are comfortable with their choices and assists in the decision making process.
DELIVERABLES & PROJECT EXECUTION
At the end of the design process, a fully comprehensive specifications list is provided to guide the builder throughout construction and help eliminate costly change orders or mistakes. Full service design includes project management and coordination between builder and required trades all throughout the home construction process, ensuring no detail is missed.
